We have had a nice time traveling this summer. We received a wonderful opportunity to stay at a lovely beach home this weekend. We had a blast! Thanks, Mr. Gene and Mrs. Helen!

Hannah found a shark's tooth on the beach. Ryan was able to catch a bunch of crabs off of the sound in some traps. We let them all go. I got to kiyack across the sound viewing a lovely sunset. I sat on the beautiful deck and almost finished reading my book for the summer. This year, I am reading the biography of Julie Andrews, who had a great deal of influence for my musical career. This book has reminded me to continue practicing and that all musicians feel they have never truly "arrived" no matter how good they are.
